Urinary tract infections are common in girls

Josyfine is a 4 year old and lives in Gashanda, Rwanda (still carried on mother’s hip!).  She was diagnosed with a UTI which is very common in girls and can lead to kidney problems if not treated.  Here she is seen receiving her antibiotics and paracetamol from the pharmacist at the clinic.
