You think you have a lot of paperwork?

Kespa at work
Dear Sterling and Melinda, Rick and Beth, David, James and Julie, Bill, Adam, Deborah, Cherry Crest, Michelle, Rosary, Katie, Marianne, Kiran, Jane, Dwayne and Terese, Dean and Julie, Katherine, Tom, and Peter,

Keeping all the information correct and in place in the developing world is a daunting task.

Here you can see Kespa (a Humanity for Children clinical offer in Kenya) managing the records after seeing Julianna and her mother.

She keeps large log books of every encounter including name and age, what their diagnosis was, how they were treated and if they need to be seen back.

There are no computers at the Rota Dispensary and everything needs to be done manually.

The records are used by the government and clinic to assess clinical efficacy and what diseases effect the community as well as by HFC to see how our donations are being spent.

Thank you Marianne (8 days!), Tom (2 days!), Cherry Crest Elementary (2 days!), Peter (2 days!), Jane (2 days!), James, David, Adam, Bill, Deborah, Rick & Beth, Sterling & Melinda, Dwayne & Terese, Dean & Julie, Kate, Michelle, Rosary, Katie and Kiran for helping her do a great job!
