Your support makes medical care in rural Kenya possible!

Bishop Fightforthechildren 2006 trip 334
Dear Marilyn, Olga, Roland and Lindy, Terry, Jeffrey, Tawana, Mary, Sarah, Belinda, Young, Anil, David, Kandace, Ted and Pam, Molly, Lee, Brian and Robin, Karen, Amit, and Pamela,

Medications and supplies are relatively inexpensive in the developing world, however staffing costs significantly more. Without somebody qualified to utilize the medications and supplies they are worthless.

A clinical officer like Norman Ogado working for Humanity for Children in Dunga, Kenya is essential for ensuring patients get quality medical care at our sites. He can see 50-75 children and mothers per day.

The generosity of Olga (5 days!), Kandace (4 days!), Sarah (2 days!), Young (2 days!), Ted & Pam (2 days!), Marilyn, Roland & Lindy, Terry, Jeggrey, Tawana, Mary, Belinda, Anil, David, Molly, Lee, Brian & Robin, Karen, Amit and Pamela make his employment possible and allows these people to get health care in their own village area instead of walking 10-15 km to the next closest center or, in most cases, going without any care at all.

In these pictures you can see Norman with a young patient, as well as a crowd waiting to see him!
